1. Seller

2. Products & prices

• Strategic Audit — €1,400 excl. tax, credited toward the BACKSTAGE program.
• BACKSTAGE — €7,500 in 3 installments (€4,500 / €1,500 / €1,500). 90-day delivery commitment.

Prices in euros. Sales tax may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

3. Order & payment

Orders are placed online via Stripe checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store card data. Access is granted upon payment confirmation.

4. Right of withdrawal

For B2C customers, you have 14 days to withdraw (art. L221-18 French Consumer Code). For digital products whose execution has started with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal right (art. L221-28 13°), withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun. For BACKSTAGE B2B, withdrawal does not apply.

5. Delivery

The Strategic Audit is delivered after the scheduled session. BACKSTAGE deliverables are produced within 90 days according to the agreed scope.

6. Payment schedule

The BACKSTAGE program (€7,500) is payable in 3 installments (€4,500 / €1,500 / €1,500). The Strategic Audit (€1,400 excl. tax) is payable in full at booking and is credited toward the program if you continue.

7. Liability

BACKSTAGE commits to professional execution of deliverables. Results vary based on each entrepreneur's context, implementation, and market. No guarantee of revenue or specific outcome.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in Delaware after attempted amicable settlement.
