    • Payment data: handled by Stripe (we never store your card).

    • Contract: deliver our services (Strategic Audit, BACKSTAGE).
    • Consent: marketing emails and tracking cookies (Meta, LinkedIn, Google).
    • Legitimate interest: site security, analytics, fraud prevention.
    • Legal obligation: accounting, tax records.

    Recipients & subprocessors

    Supabase (database & auth, Singapore/EU), Stripe (payments, IE), Resend (transactional emails, US), GoHighLevel (CRM, US), Meta & LinkedIn & Google (analytics after consent), Calendly (US). Extra-EU transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

    Retention

    • Prospects: 3 years from last contact.
    • Customers: 10 years (legal obligation).
    • Cookies: 13 months max.
